Program Overview

• Eligibility Criteria: You are speaking on one of our conference panels.
• Travel Criteria: Eligible travel expenses include economy flights and a hotel room booked using our group rate here.
• RSVP: Make sure you have RSVP'd for the conference through the form below.

Booking Details

• Flight: Please proceed with booking your own economy class flight.
• Airport: We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) which is the nearby airport, roughly 25 minutes from the hotel.
• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving on Wednesday, March 4th, just in time for our Welcome Reception (at 5:30 pm). 
• Departure Time: We recommend booking a late afternoon or early evening departure flight on Thursday, March 5th. The conference will wrap by 5:00 pm.
• Hotel: Please proceed with booking directly using the instructions below. 
  • Westin Group Code: We have hotel blocks at the Westin, which you can access following the link here.
  • Booking Window: Room blocks are available until January 28th, 2026.

Reimbursement Process:

Please include the following items in your email to our team.

Email attachments:

• Expenses (pdf or screenshots)
• Invoice with your name, address, and email
• Payment preference (ACH or Check)
  • If you select ACH for your payment, please look out for an invite for Bill.com for next steps

Timing: You can anticipate a ~30 day turnaround time for reimbursement from the date of service or reservation.
